Welcome to Unlock the Meal! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and services provided by Unlock the Meal, including but not limited to placing orders, making payments, and meal deliveries. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

Unlock the Meal reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on the website.

2.⁠ ⁠Orders and Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp within the indicated time frame.
After 5 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
If there is an error on our part in the order, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

3.⁠ ⁠Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of shipping costs.
Payment must be made at the time of the order via the available payment methods on the website.
Payment via card is not possible at the door; only cash payments are accepted.

4.⁠ ⁠Delivery
Delivery times are indicated during the order process.

5.⁠ ⁠Returns and Exchanges
Since we work with freshly prepared meals, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
Customers can only cancel or modify their order within the 5-minute window after placing the order.
